Eric is a Senior Associate at Witness Investment, where he supports the firm’s acquisitions, asset management, and development efforts. His primary focus is on acquisitions, where he assists in sourcing, analyzing, and underwriting new investment opportunities.

Eric began his career at Marriott International in guest services and management before transitioning into real estate advisory and hotel brokerage. He continued to build his expertise in hospitality and real estate investments until joining Witness Investment in 2025.

Eric holds a BS from the University of Kentucky and a MS in Real Estate from DePaul University. He has a passion for architecture and design, food, and travel.
