Originally designed as a hotel redevelopment in 2018, this project was re-conceptualized in 2020 in partnership with local developer Orr Partners, and Boston-based ELV Associates. Our development team is working together to develop this 446 apartment project, which received entitlements earlier this year.
Our team was originally engaged by the property owner to select the development strategy and manage deal structuring and capitalization (debt and equity). Construction is scheduled to start in early 2025.
